 The Oregon State Correctional Institution returned to normal operations Tuesday after being on lockdown status for two days after a brawl involving 62 inmates in the prison's recreation yard.

 A series of fights broke out at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on Monday afternoon, prompting officials to lock down the facility for 24 hours, an Alameda County sheriff's spokesman said.
